Start with the state you can see. If the Baby Station is missing, check that it is active and paired. If it shows as disconnected, check internet on both devices. If connected but silent, work through the audio and notification settings.
The Baby Station is missing or offline
Open Luna on the baby device and select the Baby Station role. Then check internet access on both devices, using a webpage if needed. Return to Luna afterwards. A connected Wi-Fi network can still lack internet access; a guest network may require a sign-in first.
Look again in the Parent Station's device list. If the Baby Station is still missing, manually enter the nine-digit code currently displayed on it. Approve the matching pairing request on the baby device, then start monitoring.
The devices are connected but there is no sound
Start live listening explicitly and wait for the active audio state. Speak near the baby device and watch the sound graph. If that does not respond either, check Luna's microphone permission on the Baby Station. Also check volume and the audio output on the parent device.
If the graph responds but no alert is triggered, check alert muting, sensitivity and trigger delay. A brief or quiet test sound may fall below the chosen threshold. Change one setting at a time and test again.

Alerts are missing when the parent iPhone is locked
Check Luna under the iPhone's notification settings: allow notifications and sounds for your test. Also check the alarm volume in Luna. Test with the app open first, then with the parent device locked.
A Focus can silence app notifications. Check the active Focus and allow Luna in it for the test. Review scheduled Focus changes too. Judge the setup by whether the test alert actually arrives.
Video is missing or the connection keeps dropping
Activate the camera on the Baby Station and check its permission. For video, keep the baby device awake with Luna open. Background alerts on the Parent Station do not automatically mean that a locked baby device can continue transmitting camera video.
For repeated disconnections, test both devices somewhere with good reception. Check their battery levels and update Luna on both. If the problem persists, note the exact message, device models, app versions and connections used so that you can include them in a support request.
Before you start
- Baby Station active in Luna; internet checked on both devices.
- Current nine-digit code entered and pairing approved on the baby device.
- Microphone access allowed; camera access allowed for video.
- Live listening and alerts tested with the devices apart.
- Notifications, sounds and active Focus checked on the parent device.
A few more questions?
Plan for internet access on both devices. A Wi-Fi icon alone does not confirm that access.
No. Setup does not require a separate Luna account. Check device roles, the connection and the pairing request.
Check separate camera activation and camera permission on the baby device. Test video with Luna open and that device awake.
